Defined by Nina was created from a passion for movement, strength, and helping others feel confident in their bodies. What started as a personal commitment to showing up, getting stronger, and moving with purpose has grown into a method designed to help you do the same.
I believe fitness should be intentional. It’s not just about going through the motions—it’s about how you move, how you feel, and the confidence you build along the way. Every workout I design is structured to challenge you, refine your form, and push you to become stronger both physically and mentally.
